Snow & Ice Services

Our Methods.

We offer service to a vast array of clients and we realize that reliability and remediation are two of the most critical aspects to snow removal. We have over 20+ combined years of experience in snow seasons and are well equipped with the correct tools and trucks to maintain the safety of your site. Every storm is different, however, our goal is to always have all properties serviced and safely operating by each rush hour, typically before 6a when people are leaving for and arriving to work, and before 5p when people start leaving and arriving home from work.

Our Equipment & Products.

We currently have a pickup truck and a dump truck for servicing all of our lots with V-plow blades which allows us to control the position of where we are pushing the snow as we clear the property. We also use two Toro Grandstands with polyurethane plow blades and a Toro Power Broom to take care of most all of our sidewalks without damaging the concrete. Using these truck setups and other machines help increase our efficiency and ultimately reduce the amount of time that your property remains covered in snow.

For all of our parking lots and drive lanes, our plow trucks use a rock salt melting product, which is rated to a temperature of about -5° F. Luckily for our area here in Pittsburgh, we do not see temperatures ever get much lower than that, but there are other options that we can discuss for your property should the need ever arise. For sidewalks, we use a Magnesium blend rated to a temperature of about -15° F which is more eco-friendly than the bulk rock salt that the trucks use. This product is safer for the concrete, pets ,and any surrounding landscape beds & turf.
